  I bought a washer and dryer at this location, about two months before our payoff date, we started having issues with our washer. So we called down to them, and they said they would have it serviced. They took it had it serviced supposedly, we got it back and it works really good for about a month-and-a-half, and then it started having the exact same problem we sent it down for. Now out of warranty we are having the same issue and we've sent it back AGAIN. Lo and behold it comes back with the same problem it left with. Both times we sent it in they said it got a new motor. Yet the problem still persists and now if my husband or I calls they will not answer the phone. Poor customer service is what it boils down to.
